About Us
The National Petroleum Construction Company (NPCC), a Public Joint Stock company, was established in April 1973. The fabrication facilities then were located on Sadiyat Island, 3 km east of Abu Dhabi city. The present facilities are now located at Mussafah, 35 km from Abu Dhabi city.

NPCC was initially established to provide a facility for the fabrication of steel structures required by the onshore and offshore Oil and Gas production industry. In 1978 NPCC expanded its operation by setting up a custom built pipe coating facility at the yard.

Our company is currently seeking applications from male, well qualified individuals for the position of Senior Engineer - Electronics in Abu Dhabi.

Job Requirements:
• Electronics Engineer (IE / CNE ), responsible for management, supervise and co-ordination of Plant Electronic activities at onshore and offshore sites and provide high level administration, commercial, economic and technical advice.
• Ensuring that quality and safety standard are met and that targets are achieved with in approved budget and with minimum delay.
• Electronic engineering degree with 10 years, minimum diversified and specialized experience in electronic system/equipment as mentioned under Operating Environment and also specialized training under the manufacturers training facility.
• Well developed management skills
• High order of commercial and contractual awareness
• Good influencing skills
• Organizational awareness
• Strong communication skills and awareness of operating in a multicultural, multinational work environment
• Good planning skills and a proven problem solver
• Team teacher - High standard of written and spoken English
• A brief knowledge in hydraulic & pneumatic system drawing and ladder diagrams
• PLC and CNC LADDER (LAD) & DOS & Windows based STEP-5/STEP-7
• Computer literacy and familiarity in machine language

Job Duties:
• Design circuits for electronic control systems and instrumentation
• Prepare and supervise designs, specifications, estimates, tenders and contracts
• Program and operate computers to assist with complex calculations
• Work out the type and arrangement of circuit parts and develop testing equipment and methods
• Work out the type of installation, location, layout and transmission medium by assessing communication traffic and levels of service at installations
• Work out and monitor performance, safety standards and methods for modification, maintenance and repair
• Check installations to make sure they meet contract conditions
