The company was acquired by Kingspan Insulated Panels, the global leader in the design, development and delivery of advanced building envelope’s products and solutions, in September 2012.

Our company is currently looking for an an energetic and motivated Quality Inspector to enhance the current quality management.

Job Requirements:
• should be well acknowledged with the different methods for quality insurance used in the industry.
• His skills should be based on the visual inspection of a product along with the test based quality insurance.
• He should have professional approach regarding the quality assurance methods and capable of using sophisticated tools for this purpose. 
• QC inspector should also possess skills of the professional documentation for the process of quality assurance.
• A minimum of 23 years of age and meet the following criteria:
• Preferably Filipino & Engineering graduate.
• 2 years experience in QA/QC works in manufacturing processes, with practical knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 standards.
• Computer literacy.
• Fluency in the English language (verbal and written).
• Willingness to accept flexible working hours.
• With experience in aluminum & steel cladding company is an advantage.

Job Duties:
• Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
• Approves in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.
• Approves finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work.
• Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database.
• Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions; calling for repairs.
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
