Experience requirements:
• English and Arabic language is a must
• Advanced user knowledge in excel
• Experience in accounting minimum 8 years
• People Management experience, minimum 2 years
• Experience in a shared services environment

Educational requirements:
• University degree in accounting or higher

• Ability to lead and effectively manage a team remotely
• Result oriented with a strong ability to execute
• Service and business minded
• Well organized and systematic
• Ability to plan and follow up
• Customer oriented

Job Responsibilities:
• Handle P2P operations in the region
• Suggest improvements of standards processes to the process owner
• Secure timely operation and escalation of issues to the Management
• Work actively with optimizing the efficiency and quality of the process
• Secure that Atlas Copco standards tools and processes are used in our team and by our customers
• People management
• Support that all processes and tasks are documented and updated in the Instruction Manual
