Job Description:
As the driving force behind generating new sales leads and contacts, a successful business development executive will be a highly-prized asset to our company and bonus-related pay means the financial rewards of this career can be great.

The business development executive's main task is to facilitate the growth of the business for which he or she works. Working primarily with the sales and marketing departments, this experienced professional develops training plans to educate and motivate the employees of the company to perform at their most profitable level. Strategic planning for future development is a key part of this job description, since it is the business executive's responsibility to develop the pipeline of new business coming in to the company. This requires a thorough knowledge of the marketplace and of the company's competitors.

Job Requirements:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. 
• Ability to write simple correspondence. 
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Should have knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
• Reasoning Ability  
• A valid UAE Driving Licence.

Job Duties:
• Daily role will involve interacting with prospects and customers to position, demonstrate and be taking the sales initiative for product and services.
• Act as the critical customer contact for understanding customer requirements, helping create proposals and also provide feedback into the Development and Product organizations.
• Meeting prospects, handling RFP and RFQ, account management with up-selling, sales presentation and closing orders
• Exceptionally good candidates with prior work experience in IT software or IT services with relevant background will be preferred.
• Enthusiastic and confident communicator with a great phone personality and active listening skills.

You have not worked in ERP/Software Development environment as sales or business development executive.
Your communication and presentation skills are not good enough to establish relations in multi-cultural environment.
