Job Description
The purpose of an Administrator is to provide a professional and effective administration service to the project and facilities managers.

The role is an important one which supports all the operations team daily work by administering all work related to the contract, EFS employees, invoices, scheduling and time sheets.

Job Requirements
• Minimum certificate or diploma in administration, or equivalent qualification.
• A highly skilled organizer with good IT skills and the ability to manage your own time.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Experience covering both administrative and financial aspects.
• Demonstrates the highest ethical standards when dealing with customers, suppliers and employees.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities
• Prepare information required for billing of completed jobs.
• Assist in the preparation and issue of O&M manuals.
• Prepare documentation for handover to the maintenance team.
• Prepare and issue predefined reports, which form part of the project and clients requirements.
• Undertake general office duties relating to the contract including: Correspondence and filing, Minutes of meeting, Preparation of reports and documents among others.
• Undertake HR data analysis and produce reports, as required.
• Assist with grievance and disciplinary investigation meetings, ensuring confidentiality.
• Assist the HR Manager with HR administration tasks and HR projects, as required.
