The role holder is expected to add additional accounts to an individual portfolio and manage them effectively to deliver against set KPIs.

Skills & Experience.:     Minimum Experience:
• 2 – 4 years of experience in IT and Telecom Services sales with at least two years of experience in selling such products to Hospitality and Finance industries

Minimum Education:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Telecom, or Sales and Marketing

Knowledge & Skills:
• Excellent selling skills
• Excellent time management, communications, decision making, human relations, presentation, self-motivated, work under pressure, team player, and organization skills
• Professional appearance and presentation required.    

Job Purpose.:    
The purpose of this position is to understand the du enterprise customer, listen to the customers’ needs, offer end-to-end solutions as well as propose the right product/service mix with the right pricing relevant to the customer in order to increase or maintain the run-rate revenue and generate incremental revenue by actively cross and up-selling du solutions.

Job Responsibilities:
• The role holder is required to intercept, manage and resolve all client/account issues, complaints and proactively work with appropriate department/internal teams in order to quickly and ensure effective resolution of any/all issues.
• The role holder must maintain, progressively enhance and deliver a positive customer experience, thereby increasing customer and revenue retention.
